Breaking the Silence
I’ve been quiet as of late, but I’ve been watching. In the beginning, I thought I might keep my mouth shut on the matter, but I’m a bit tired of this drama.
I will not support bullying.
I will not support “playing the victim” to garner sympathy, business, et cetera, and especially not when it is falsified.
I will not support the need to “get even” and counterattack everyone due to imaginary personal vendettas.
I will not support additional drama created under the guise of “combating” perceived personal attacks. Drama is drama, and hypocrites are hypocrites.
Frankly, I do not care how big or small your company is. If your behavior is deplorable, it is unacceptable. Furthermore, I encourage you to research Karma Theory, as it might provide some useful insight.

Completely agreed. I’ve been quiet too, mostly because a few people sucked the fun out of blogging and makeup. Lame.
It’s been one big icky mess, but I hit that point where it just annoyed too much of the crap out of me.
